UX Design & Prototyping
I have experience in developing interactive prototypes, most recently for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), transforming Balsamiq wireframes and detailed business reports from other designers and stakeholders, into functional demos for call-centre employees.
These prototypes have simulated user information to help streamline internal training and improve public user experience by simulating real-world use of the CRA website portals and external/internal interactions.






Royal Ontario Museum
During my communications internship at the Royal Ontario Museum, I focused on producing high-quality photo and video content that aligned with the museum’s branding and storytelling goals.
A video I filmed and produced was presented by Canadian environmental experts at a major scientific conference in Europe, demonstrating my skill in translating complex ideas into engaging multimedia for diverse audiences.
Additionally, a photo series I created was featured in ROM Magazine, highlighting my ability to craft compelling visual narratives.

Green Party of Ontario
I had the opportunity to volunteer for City Counselor Dianne Saxe’s campaign, helping film and edit testimonials and canvassing footage to boost awareness. It was a great experience capturing real conversations and community engagement, turning them into videos that helped share her message with voters.
CareerCycles and OLT
At CareerCycles, I updated and maintained their website using WordPress, ensuring all content aligned with branding guidelines and company voice. I wrote and refined copy for web pages, edited and uploaded podcasts, and created graphics to enhance the site’s visual appeal. My role balanced technical upkeep with storytelling, improving user experience and interaction.
I also developed comprehensive branding guidelines for OneLifeTools, CareerCycles’ sister company, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across digital and print materials. From color palettes to typography, my work reinforces brand consistency, enhancing engagement for facilitators and participants alike.
